A) MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Ceramic Parts:Limited Lifetime Warranty

Egg Kamado warrants that all ceramic parts used in this Kamado grill are free of defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the grill.
Scratches, cracks, chips, dents, crazing, or minor cosmetic blemishes of the exterior glaze not affecting performance are not covered under warranty, as determined by Egg Kamado.

Egg kamado warrants that all metal parts used in this Kamado grill are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (2) years.

Egg Kamado warrants that the thermometer and gaskets used in this Kamado grill are free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year.

B) HOW TO WARRANTY

The product is damaged during the warranty period due to material and process defects that cause functional failure of the product or due to packaging problems. If the customer provides relevant details that prove to be true, we can either pay back the charge based on the contact price or remake the product for customers.

C) WHAT IS NOT COVERED

1) Damage resulting from products caused by accident, misuse, abuse, fire, flood, improper installation, acts of God, neglect, modification or mishandling.

2) Products damaged by improperly transport

3) Repairs or replacement when your product is used in other than normal, residential use, such as a commercial environment, or handled in anyway inconsistent with the instructions included with the product.

4) Cosmetic damage, including scratches, dings, dents or cracks in surfaces that do not affect the structural or functional capability of the product.

5) Surfaces damaged due to improper use of chemicals, and detergents.

6) Loss due to theft.

7) Damage resulting from use of the product contrary and not in accordance to the instruction.

8) Any labor costs during the warranty period.
